Delete my data
Last updated 29 August 2026
You can delete your reFloq account and everything attached to it at any time. There is no waiting period and no email thread — it happens when you press the button.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account record — name, email, password hash and profile picture.
- Your Meta connection — Facebook user ID, the encrypted access token, and the ad account, Page and Pixel IDs you selected.
- Every brand profile you created, and the brand details in it.
- All generated creative, images and videos.
- Every experiment, ad placement and the performance metrics we stored for them.
This is immediate and cannot be undone. Backups roll off within 30 days.
What does not get deleted
Ads already published on Meta stay on your ad account. They belong to your ad account, not to reFloq, so removing our copy does not remove them. Pause or delete those in Meta Ads Manager — ideally before you delete your reFloq account, since afterwards we can no longer show you which ads we created.
Any events already sent to your Meta Pixel remain in your own Meta account. Those are yours, and Meta’s retention rules apply to them.
Delete it now
Sign in and come back to this page — the delete button appears here once we know which account to remove.
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@refloq.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
Removing access from Facebook instead
To cut reFloq off from your Meta account without deleting your reFloq data, go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find reFloq, and remove it. That revokes our access token immediately. Your reFloq account stays, but it can no longer read or create anything on Meta until you reconnect.
